ALIGN MENTOR PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the ALIGN Mentor Program! By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the policies that govern your participation.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases made for the ALIGN Mentor Program are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, failure to complete the program, or changes in personal circumstances.
2. Automatic Renewal Terms
For month-to-month memberships, billing will occur automatically on the same date each month as your original purchase date. For annual memberships, billing will occur automatically on the same date each year. Memberships will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancelation policy outlined below.
3. Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancelations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month or year. If you cancel, you will retain access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, access will be revoked.
4. Access Upon Cancelation
Upon cancelation, you will retain access to all program materials until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, access to the On-Demand Library, live classes, and community will be revoked. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, your access to the ALIGN Mentor Program will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed. ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC reserves the right to retry the payment or terminate your membership after multiple failed attempts.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in the case of duplicate charges or billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email address] within 7 days of the charge.
7. Non-Transferable Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Each membership is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or program materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the ALIGN Mentor Program, including but not limited to videos, workshops, written content, and resources, are the intellectual property of ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund, as well as potential legal action.
9. Technology Disclaimer
ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC is not responsible for any interruptions in access due to technical issues, including but not limited to internet outages, software updates, or platform maintenance. While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the program.
10. Force Majeure
ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or technical failures.
11. Liability Waiver
By participating in the ALIGN Mentor Program, you acknowledge that Pilates is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in the program. ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC, its employees, and representatives are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your participation. You are responsible for consulting with a physician prior to beginning any physical activity.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Your County], Texas.
13. Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Travis County, Texas, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
14. Program Updates
ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC reserves the right to update or amend the program, its content, or these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via the email address provided during registration. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these updates.
15. Voluntary Participation
Your participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your results. ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in the program.
16. Privacy Policy
By enrolling in the ALIGN Mentor Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
17. Results Disclaimer
Participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Results may vary based on individual effort, experience, and other factors beyond our control.
18. Termination of Membership
ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of program materials, abusive behavior toward staff or other members, or failure to comply with payment terms. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC regarding your participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
