ALIGN MENTOR PROGRAM 

LIABILITY WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE ALIGN MENTOR PROGRAM AND RELEASE ALIGN PILATES STUDIOS TEACHER TRAINING, LLC FROM LIABILITY.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program involves physical activity, including but not limited to Pilates exercises, demonstrations, and teaching practice. I acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, sprains, fractures, or other bodily harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the program, including any risks arising from my own teaching of Pilates to others.

2. Medical Disclaimer

I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the ALIGN Mentor Program. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to beginning any physical activity or teaching practice. I agree to stop any activity immediately if I experience pain, discomfort, or other symptoms and seek medical attention as needed.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program, I hereby release, waive, and discharge ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC, its owners, employees, mentors, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation in the program. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence, whether passive or active, of the Released Parties.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program, including but not limited to claims made by third parties as a result of my teaching of Pilates or use of program materials.

5. Use of Equipment

I understand that the ALIGN Mentor Program may involve the use of Pilates equipment and props. I agree to use all equipment properly and as instructed. I acknowledge that improper use of equipment may result in injury, and I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from such use.

6. Intellectual Property

I acknowledge that all materials provided in the ALIGN Mentor Program, including but not limited to videos, workshops, written content, and resources, are the intellectual property of ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC. I agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

7. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program is entirely voluntary. I acknowledge that I am under no obligation to participate and may withdraw from the program at any time. However, I understand that no refunds will be issued for any reason, as outlined in the program’s Terms & Conditions.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Waiver shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

9. Binding Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver. I agree to be bound by its terms and voluntarily waive my right to hold ALIGN Pilates Studios Teacher Training, LLC liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during my participation in the ALIGN Mentor Program.
